Before You Apply
All Jazzed Up's exhibit hall is a juried display of bonsai from across North America. Here's what to expect before you enter a tree. Please read this in full before completing the application below.
There's a $50 exhibitor fee, charged once — regardless of how many trees you enter. You won't be asked to pay when you submit this application; you'll receive payment instructions once at least one of your trees has been accepted for the show.
For each tree you enter, be ready to provide its species (common and scientific name), approximate size and age, years in training, and its orientation on the stand, along with the potter and stand maker if known, and any companion plant or accent that will accompany it. We're also glad to hear about any notable history, collection details, or past awards for the tree.
Let us know if you'd like your tree considered for any of the following awards, and we'll confirm eligibility during judging:
Exhibitors are expected to have their display staged during the setup window above, and trees must remain on display through Sunday at noon. You'll confirm your understanding of this as part of the application below.
