Every seminar, workshop, and vendor hall is steps from your room. The hotel is just three miles from Louis Armstrong International Airport, with a free shuttle running all day and night — call 504-467-5611 when you land to request pickup. Free high-speed WiFi is available throughout.
It’s an easy rideshare or taxi into downtown or the French Quarter, about twenty minutes away, with its historic buildings, famous restaurants, and jazz clubs. If you have time, the oak-lined streets of the Garden District are worth the trip too.
Getting from the airport to the hotel couldn’t be easier — once you land, you’re just a short, five-minute drive from All Jazzed Up.
Because of space limitations at the Wyndham, Friday Night LIVE! and the Banquet, Auction & Awards Ceremony are held at the nearby DoubleTree Hotel, about a quarter mile away.
Please do not attempt to walk. Williams Blvd and Veterans Memorial Blvd have no crosswalks and traffic can be heavy. Free shuttles run continuously between the two hotels before and after both evening events, or you're welcome to drive yourself — parking is available at the DoubleTree.
If you have transportation needs or mobility limitations that may affect shuttle use, please let the organizers know. They will make every effort to accommodate you.
