Before You Apply
Vendor Application & Agreement
Here's what to expect if you're accepted as a vendor for All Jazzed Up. Please read this in full before completing the application below.
Merchandise & Vendor Space
Tell us about the merchandise, trees, supplies, artwork, or other products you intend to offer, and select the categories that best describe them in the fields below.
New vendors — meaning individuals or businesses who haven't vended at an ABS or Lone Star Bonsai Federation event before — are asked to provide photographs or other examples representative of what they plan to offer. Returning vendors may provide updated examples if their merchandise has materially changed.

Vendors are expected to have their assigned space set up before the vendor area opens, maintain it throughout the hours above, and not break down early unless approved by the event organizers. You'll confirm your understanding of this schedule as part of the application below.
Fees & Event Participation
The vendor fee covers your approved number of 6-foot tables, two chairs per vendor, and your assigned vendor space. It doesn't include Learning Seminar registration or other ticketed activities. Subject to availability and facility capacity, accepted vendors may attend the Thursday Reception & Opening Ceremony at no charge, and may purchase tickets to Friday Night LIVE! and the Saturday Banquet & Awards Ceremony without purchasing general registration.
This form is an application, not a payment. Upon acceptance, you'll receive your approved table allocation and payment instructions. Your vendor space isn't confirmed until the required fee has been received.
Vendor Responsibilities
- Staff and maintain your vendor space in a safe, orderly, and professional manner during operating hours.
- Provide all displays, signage, sales equipment, electrical accessories, and other materials not supplied by the event.
- Handle all sales transactions and comply with applicable tax, licensing, permit, insurance, hotel, and event requirements.
- Remove all merchandise, displays, packing materials, and other property at the conclusion of the event.

Security & Liability
The vendor area is locked during non-operating hours, with 24-hour staffing in the adjacent hotel lobby and security personnel on the premises. Security is not stationed inside the vendor area itself. Vendors remain responsible for their own merchandise and property, and for carrying any insurance they consider appropriate. The American Bonsai Society, the Greater New Orleans Bonsai Society, the Lone Star Bonsai Federation, and the Wyndham New Orleans Airport & Conference Center are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to vendor property.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Vendor fees are refunded for cancellations received in writing on or before February 11, 2027. If the seminar is cancelled by the organizers, vendor fees already paid will be refunded. The organizers aren't responsible for other expenses vendors incur, including travel, lodging, shipping, or inventory.
